Do you supply the energy hardware?

We are vendor-neutral integrators. We specify and source meters, sensors, EMS platforms, inverters and storage from the market, and we design and manage the integration.

Can you work with our existing building management system?

Yes, and we usually do. Rip-and-replace is rarely justified. We integrate existing BMS and metering through protocol gateways into a unified data layer, replacing only what genuinely cannot be instrumented.

How is measurement made audit-ready?

We deploy metering to the accuracy class the reporting standard requires, document the measurement and verification methodology, and build the data pipeline with immutable logging so figures can be traced back to a physical device.

Do you handle EV charging at estate scale?

Yes — including grid-connection capacity assessment, load-management design so charging does not trigger peak-demand penalties, payment and access integration, and ongoing managed operation.
