Can you segment a plant network without stopping production?

Yes, by phasing it. Discovery and design are passive, and implementation is decomposed into changes that each fit an existing maintenance window with a validated rollback before the window closes.

What about equipment that cannot be patched?

Unpatchable assets are handled by compensating controls: strict segmentation, protocol-aware inspection, virtual patching at the boundary, and monitored access rather than open connectivity.

Do you work with our OEM and control-system vendors?

We coordinate directly with OEMs so that remote-access requirements and revalidation constraints are designed for, rather than discovered when the vendor arrives on site.

Is private 5G worth it on a plant floor?

Where AGVs, cranes or large outdoor areas are involved, deterministic coverage and handover usually justify it. For fixed machinery and office areas, wired and Wi-Fi remain more economical — most plants need a mix.
